Your photos are composed into a painted scene using image-generation tools, then an actual person checks the likeness of every face, every marking and every collar before you see it. Nothing is sent automatically.

Your photos are used only to make your portrait. They are never shown publicly or used in advertising without your written permission.

What photos work best?

A clear, well-lit photo of each face, roughly from the front. One per person and one per pet is enough. Group photos also work if everyone is visible.

Can you include a pet that passed away?

Yes, and there is no extra charge. Send the best photo you have, even if it is old, blurry or a print you photographed with your phone.

When do I pay?

Right after you upload your photos, through a secure Stripe checkout. The proof arrives within 24 hours of payment.

What if it doesn't look like us?
