Every order includes one free round of revisions after you see the proof. If, after that revision, the portrait or book still does not look like your pet or your family, we refund the full amount. Email us and say so. We do not ask for a reason.
Printed items (canvas, books) are produced only after you approve the proof. Once printing has started, we cannot refund the print itself, but we will reprint at no charge if it arrives damaged or differs from the approved proof.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method through Stripe and usually appear within 5 to 10 business days.
